Playing guitar, entertaining and conversing with others is my passion. I play a variety of music; jazz, easy listening, light rock, christian music and ballads that are seasonal or subject oriented like "Soldiers Love" as attached. I have played in local bar/restaurant settings, outdoor festivals and parties, and can sing as well as play background music. My repertoire is fairly diverse, and I would love to entertain at your next event.
I am a self taught guitarist that loves music and the creativity of learning different genres. It has been a part of my life since my childhood. My first recollection of music was my mom singing to us as children and teaching us about life when life was tough. We grew up in poverty and I am 1 of 11 children. My mom taught us to dream because we didn't have much. At 14, my mom paid $20 to buy me my first guitar and I have loved it ever since. This was a major sacrifice for her. My heart goes out to people living in injustice and that is where most of my songs are created from. I am still a dreamer, but prefer to live in reality!
